Texas Governor Greg Abbott has terminated the self-quarantine order for travelers arriving to Texas from certain areas of the country affected by COVID-19.

Passengers are implored to continue practicing social distancing and suggested to wear masks or face coverings while in the terminal. For more information, visit one of the links below.

With the suggestion that all travelers ages 2 and older wear masks or face coverings while in the terminal, Love Field's retail stores have increased supply of personal protective equipment.

Masks and hand sanitizer are available for purchase at various retail locations. Certain retail stores remain closed in accordance with social distancing guidelines and due to decreased demand. It is strongly suggested that customers continue wearing facial coverings within the terminal.

Per order of Dallas County, all persons in the airport terminal ages 2 years and older are suggested to wear face coverings, such as a mask, scarf or other type of covering over their mouth and nose.

Parking Garage C at Dallas Love Field is closed to the public until further notice. All customers wishing to park at the airport should do so in either Garage A or B. 

Any customers with vehicles in Garage C will be able to access them and exit the garage.

The Love Field Lost and Found office is closed until further notice. Staff will be in the office periodically to respond to customer emails, return phone calls and prepare shipments of lost items. Customers will not be allowed to pick up items in person.

Lost items will be held for up to 90 days, an increase from the normal 30-day limit. Customers in the terminal who find lost items should still place them in the lost and found drop boxes, which will be cleared by staff.

Valet Parking Closed - March 31

Valet parking at Dallas Love Field is temporarily closed. We have seen a reduction in passengers and demand for valet services.

All three parking garages are open for customers driving themselves to the airport. Prices are listed here.

Executive Order to Self-Quarantine - March 27

Effective at noon on March 28, Texas Governor Greg Abbott has ordered that all passengers arriving to Texas as their final destination from the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, as well as the city of New Orleans, must complete a 14-day self-quarantine period.

Passengers from those areas will be required to complete a form and submit it to a Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper in the terminal. For more information and links to the forms, click here.
