Accessibility

Wheelchairs and other assistance offerings are available throughout the terminal. It is highly recommended to arrange this service in advance with your airline’s customer service team, but assistance can also be requested in person upon arrival with an airline staff member. Elevators, escalators, and moving walkways are located throughout the terminal to aid in passenger movement. All restrooms are fully accessible and disabled parking is located in all parking garages. 

*ADA/Accessibility rideshare pick-ups remain available on the lower level curb and should be selected directly through the selected provider. Airport staff is available to assist with accommodations. 

Airport Operations Center

The Airport Operation Center is the "heartbeat" of the airport. Operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the AOC coordinates responses to requests for emergency and non-emergency services, connects customers to the appropriate parties and ensures we provide a safe, secure and pleasant experience at the airport. You can reach the AOC at (214) 670-LOVE (5683). 

Airport Police

The Dallas Police Department Love Field Unit is located at the airport and is available 24 hours per day at (214) 670-6162.

App Based Ride Services

Transportation Network vehicles pick up on the ground floor of Garage B. Passengers utilizing app-based rides, taxis, peer-to-peer luxury vehicles and limousines for hire should follow the terminal signs to the south end of parking Garage B to meet their driver. Customers are encouraged to use the interactive map for walking directions to the designated pick-up point in Garage B.

ATMs

Six Frost Bank-branded ATMs are located throughout the terminal, three pre-security, and three post-security.

Baggage Carts

Baggage carts are available for rent outside near the ticketing hall, outside on the lower level ground transportation, on level 3 of the parking garage, and at baggage claim.

DART

Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s Love Link 55 is a shuttle connecting the Love Field Terminal and Inwood/Love Field DART station. DART’s green and orange lines operate at the Inwood/Love Field station.

Food and Drink

Full-service restaurants, fast food, and grab-and-go options are located throughout the terminal. A 24/7 option is located at Love Landing. Click here to view the restaurant list.

Information Booths

Three information booths staffed with Love Helpers are available throughout the terminal to assist with any passenger questions or concerns.  

Lost and Found

Lost and Found is available at (214) 670-4227 and AVILost&Found@dallas.gov. The office is located on the second level of the public portion of the terminal, near the Garage A/B skybridge and escalators.

Parking Garages

Parking Garage A is $24 per day, Parking Garage B is $21 per day covered and $18 per day on the roof, while Parking Garage C is $21 per day covered, $20 per day on the roof, and $30 per day for premium level.

Passenger Drop-Off

Passengers arriving at the airport via civilian vehicles, app-based rides, taxis, peer-to-peer luxury vehicles and limousines for hire will be dropped off on the upper-level curbside near the ticketing hall. 

Passenger Pick-Up

The pick-up point for passengers utilizing app-based rides, taxis, peer-to-peer luxury vehicles and limousines for hire should follow the terminal signs to the south end of parking Garage B to meet their driver. Customers are encouraged to use the interactive map for walking directions to the designated pick-up point in Garage B.

Pets and Service Animals

Pets traveling with customers should remain in crates, with the exception of service animals. An animal relief area is located post-security in the stem and two relief areas are directly outside the terminal. One is large enough for animals to run. Click here to view the terminal map.

Rental Cars

Rental cars are available on airport property. Each company provides shuttle service to and from the terminal. Shuttles are located on the lower level of transportation.

Shuttle Services

Ride-share shuttles are in the lower level ground transportation area in front of Garage A, directly across from the terminal ramp.

Smoking Areas

A designated smoking area is located on the upper-level traffic, outside the main terminal entrance. There is no designated smoking area inside the secure portion of the terminal.

TSA PreCheck Enrollment 

CLEAR is an official TSA PreCheck® Enrollment Provider and will provide enrollment and renewal services. They are located on the west side of the security checkpoint entrance. Look for the TSA PreCheck and CLEAR signage.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is free throughout the terminal. Choose "DAL Free WiFi" and watch the short ad for free connectivity.
