How do I arrange special assistance i.e. wheelchair and escort services?
Wheelchairs and other assistance services can be prearranged through your airline. We recommend contacting them at least 24 hours prior to your departure. It is a free service, with attendants who work for gratuities. If you wish to request assistance when you arrive, you may call our 24/7 Airport Operations Center at 214-670-5683.
How do I book a flight or change my current booking?
Dallas Love Field does not book flights for customers. Customers must contact airline representatives directly for assistance with booking flights.
Which airlines travel through Dallas Love Field?

DART’s Love Link 524 is a shuttle that connects Inwood/Love Field station directly to the terminal. More information can be found here.
How early should I arrive at DAL?

Is there curbside check-in at DAL?
Drop off and curbside check-in for all passengers is located on the upper roadway in front of Ticketing/Check-In on Herb Kelleher Way.
What are the current hours of operation for valet?

What time does Dallas Love Field open?
The terminal lobby is open 24/7 and passengers may enter the building at any time. However, the TSA security checkpoint opens at 4:00 am. Ticket counter hours vary by airline. We recommend contacting your airline for information regarding their schedule.
Per the withdrawal of the TSA's Security Directive requiring masks in airports, masks are now optional for Dallas Love Field employees, passengers and guests. Passengers should check with their airlines and destinations for any applicable face mask requirements. The CDC continues to strongly recommend wearing masks in indoor public transportation settings at this time.

If I need immediate assistance while I am at DAL, who do I contact?
Our Airport Operations Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to answer inquiries and connect customers with the appropriate parties at the airport. They can be reached at (214) 670-LOVE (5683). There are also three information booths staffed with Love Helpers available throughout the terminal to assist with any passenger questions or concerns.

Where are the animal relief areas located?
An indoor animal relief area is located near the exit of the stem hallway and two relief areas are directly outside the terminal. One is large enough for animals to run and a map for all three locations can be viewed here.
Dallas Love Field has baggage carts for rent. There are 7 cart stations located in Garage B and C on the third floor, inside and outside of the ticketing wing and at baggage claim.
Are there dining options located outside of the sterile area?
Yes, there are three different dining options: Bruegger’s Bagels, Dunkin’ Donuts and Fly Bar. Operating hours can be viewed here.
How do I find my ride share driver when leaving DAL?
App Based Ride Service is provided on the lower level roadway. This is the only approved area for App Based Ride Service pickup. More information can be found here.
How do I get to the rental car site?
Numerous rental car companies operate at Dallas Love Field. Each has a counter in the hallway leading to baggage claim, as well as shuttles that pick up and drop off customers on the transportation lower level.
Where is baggage claim located?
The baggage claim hall is located outside of the sterile area on the first floor of Dallas Love Field. There are four baggage carousels and display screens to indicate which station your luggage will come out of.
Can I enter the secured area to escort or meet someone without a ticket?
In order to escort a passenger to or from their gate, an escort pass must be issued, and the TSA security screening process must be adhered to. Issuance of escort passes is determined by the individual booking airline, so we recommend contacting them directly for approval.
Does Dallas Love Field offer luggage storage?
DAL does not have luggage storage. Luggage can be checked with your air carrier up to four hours before your flight.

Dallas Love Field’s Lost and Found office can be reached at (214) 670-4227 or AVILost&Found@dallas.gov. Lost and Found is located on the second level of the public portion of the terminal, near the Garage A/B skybridge and escalators.
If an item is lost on an aircraft, passengers should contact their airline directly for assistance.
Why is my flight delayed or cancelled?
Dallas Love Field’s airport operations center does not delay or cancel flights, that is at the discretion of the airlines or FAA air traffic control. We recommend reaching out to your airline for more information.
