Description: Previously tucked away while improvements were being made to the airport and Herb Kelleher Way, the original entrance sign, one of several iconic fixtures associated with Love Field, was restored to the corner of Mockingbird Lane and Denton Drive. The unveiling occured on April 1, 2013 to coincide with the opening of the first 11 of 20 new gates under the Love Field Modernization Program.
